Josh did a house clean for my mother who is currently recovering from cancer and hasn’t been able to move around much. He went above and beyond for her! Would recommend him and this company to anyone, anywhere. He was so sweet and took the time to make sure she was satisfied with the results before ever trying to leave. I am disappointed by the customer service at this place. We had a good experience previously, but our recent job was not up to standards at all. I left several messages to let the company know, because they usually send someone to re-do the job. Kara, the lady who answered my phone basically said that they did not reply to my messages because there was nothing that they could do about it. They usually check on customer satisfaction after each cleaning job, which they did not complete. They only sent me a survey after my card was charged. I called up Tidy Tim and spoke with the girl who set up the cleaning. She made all sorts of promises about how their professional cleaners would do a fantastic job and will be to my liking for sure. I was really excited. I even arranged for my dogs to be offsite to make it easier for the cleaners to move about throughout my small home. I say "cleaners"..plural because I was promised "a team of professional cleaners" would be in my home anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. This place is horrible at cleaning they leave dirty water in the refrigerators in the dorms of UK University and they don't vacuum because none of thier vacuums work and the want a 2 Bedroom dorm with kitchen cleaned in 45 minutes when it's more like 2 or 3 hours to get a room done if you want it clean and only pay 11.45 for that room and 4 bedroom 2 bathroom full kitchen they only want to pay 25.00 to clean it and it takes like 4 to 6 hours to clean completely so you are not even getting paid minimum wage more like 2 dollars an hour and he goes looking for ex drug addicts or current ones to work
