Derek/Aladdin Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended to us by our realtor. We were delighted by his hard work to clean our carpets before placing our home on the market. I own Vestra Property Management, as you can imagine in this business I have worked with a lot of different carpet cleaners. That stopped once I gave Derek with Aladdin Carpet Cleaning a few jobs. I first want to say how pleased I am with Derek and his service. I had an emergency cleaning that needed to be done due to my pets getting sick and having accidents in the house over the weekend and he was able to get me in the same day I called. I was really worried about the urine stains and smell, but he was able to get the stains and the smell out of the carpet. Second, I had gotten several different quotes, he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive but his work speaks for itself. I’m glad I chose Aladdin carpet cleaning and will definitely be using his services again.

They did an amazing job on the carpets in our last apartment! however, they are very unprofessional. it took me weeks to get a receipt to send to my apartment complex and instead of taking down my information and getting me the receipt they told me to call them back at a more convient time for them... really?????
