They are young and I guess as usual they know more than older people with field experience and put older people on a display in there shop like a test monkey.i was raised into roofing and it takes a lot of years to become forman and more than 20 to judge people and the pay for roofing labors in the early 90,s was 12 to 14 dollars a hour and roofers 20 to 22 so way behind on roofing
