I made a telephone appointment to have my carpet cleaned, confirming every detail before the cleaning. A technician came out to clean but quoted a price that was substantially higher. He said the price I was offered did not include the steps or any type of shampoo. When I insisted that I went over the details with the receptionist he told me that I had a miscommunication. After I refused the bait and switch tactic, he left without cleaning the carpet. I received several phone calls and emails from the company asking how they could make this right. I asked them to do the job for the price offered
