Technician took the time to talk about what we needed and how the process would work. The best cleaning we have ever had!! Clean, nap stands up in high traffic area and this area that other cleaners said they couldn’t get any better are definitely Improved!! Not exaggerating to say they almost look new. Paula was a pleasure to work with to schedule and Martin did a great job in our home. Would highly recommend!!

WOW - could not be happier with the services provided by Paula and Eric. From my first phone call, I have been incredibly impressed. Paula is a delight to work with on the phone and made me feel so comfortable with all the information she provided regarding the services I was looking into. She was up-front about things I could do myself and provided levels of service they could do so I could fit it into my budget. One service I used was cleaning area rugs - I so appreciated the pick up/drop off and the rug was wonderfully clean when it came back! Both Eric and Paula also came to my home to clean

NatureWise has cleaned my carpets for years and I would never go anywhere else. I can’t say enough good about them. Their cleaning is outstanding, they are extremely pleasant and also outstanding, is their timeliness. When they set your appointment, they are there exactly as scheduled. Paula & Erik have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now & they’re amazing. Super kind people. Excellent products. We’ve had issues with pet stains, & they’re the only ones to get rid of the odor! The house smells clean & fresh, not like chemicals after they clean. We are having new floors put in our house, & we had an issue with cat urine, Paula came over last minute, on the weekend to help us before our new floors were put in!! I’m so thankful for her help. I absolutely recommend them.

We hired Naturewise Chem-Dry to clean our carpets, which hadn't been cleaned for about 5 years and had a number of stains mainly from our cats. The carpet cleaning was a great experience, starting from scheduling, the punctuality and the professionalism during the cleaning itself. One month later, the carpets look wonderful, and all of the stains are gone. Due to the non-toxicity of the products that are used for the cleaning I can also be assured that there no harmful residues were left behind that could impact our health and that of our pets. Highly recommend and I will definitely used Naturewise

So very happy! We live in the far-west Burbs (they travel) and Paula & Eric were recommended to us by a veterinarian. They were knowledgeable, warm, fair, and effective! We have a 'problem cat' and there is NOTHING worse than cat smell. They went above and beyond in both the 'regular' cleaning and the pet spot issue. I'm very happy and look forward to calling them in the future.

I was very concerned about the cleaning & use of any chemicals due to severe chemical & environmental allergies. They offered to do the cleaning in two separate sessions so that I could wait & see if I had any reactions and if I did, they would come back & work with me to see what they could do. Additionally, I has renters here that had pets & I couldn't handle the smell so wanted to make sure that the pet odor would also be removed even if they only used the cleaner without the prespray. Seems to have worked on both counts - no reaction & no pet odor! I am so happy

We had such a wonderful experience with this company! This is a husband and wife team and they were so incredibly professional, caring, and detailed. We needed a room on our a fourth floor cleaned and they carried up a machine to do the job. The carpet looked fabulous after and they took extra care to address a strange odor that was left from the previous owner (we had just moved in). They billed us less than they estimated because the job was slightly smaller and I greatly appreciated this honesty.
We would certainly use them again and I highly recommend them!
