Cliffy Care did some landscaping to help with drainage around our house. This included digging a trench with a couple of catch basins, as well as the more laborious task of removing our patio and regrading around it. I worked with Ian to also get a new stamped concrete patio put in to replace the old one. Although there were delays on the concrete due to supply chain issues, Ian kept in great contact through the entire process and stuck with it to ensure that the job was done correctly. Easy company to work with. I had a laundry list of things to be done around my yard. They gave me an itemized list with some different pricing options. I had a bit of sticker shock, but that was due to the number of things I wanted done...their prices are actually very reasonable. We agreed to do my highest priority items for now, and the work was done with quality and professionalism. I definitely plan to have them back in the spring to knock more items off my list.

I wanted to use a local smaller company for some residential landscaping work. The people who came out to bid the work were very nice. However, there was some lack of communication when they came out to perform the work. Some of that was on me as my son was not there as intended to let them in the garage to winterize the sprinkler system. Thus, we had to reschedule. However, they did not appear on the rescheduled day. I had to call. The office said the person who was to do the work had been sick that week. Understandable. But they did not call to let me know. Cliffy Care did an irrigation system and some minor landscaping for us, and they did a great job! They started two days ahead of schedule. The system was done well, and it is working great! The crew was really friendly and happy to answer my questions. Ian, the crew leader, was really great to work with, and we were able to adjust the landscaping plans on the fly as we needed to. We will definitely call Cliffy Care again!

I have not yet had the landscaping done but have it scheduled in a month. The communication, responsiveness, and design drafts have exceeded my expectations. I will update after the project is complete.
Update: The crew has completed my landscaping and I couldn't be happier. They worked even when I was sure that the weather was going to derail their day. I can't express the gratitude I have for the wonderful work and stellar communication! It seems to be rare with so many other service businesses.

We had a badly eroded area under a maple tree in our front yard. So we called four landscapers after looking at reviews on Yelp. Cliffy called back immediately. The Fairy Gardener called to say she would call the next week. I called her the next week and she was busy. By the time she was ready to even come, Cliffy was done! And it looks great. They threw in extra seeding, extra border rock and at a very good price!! The third returned my call weeks later and the fourth never called back,

Short version, highly recommend this company.
Ian and his crew just finished putting in a new stone retaining wall in front of our house. They removed two evergreen bush stumps, back filled with dirt, placed a thick weed barrier, placed a thick layer of black mulch, and placed 8 new bushes/grass plants. There was also a downspout in this area that they attached a drainage tube to and routed the tube underground away from the house to a pop-up discharge. This work will reduce erosion around our front porch and get water away from the foundation. Ian then gave us a lesson on how often these plants
