Gary founded the company in 1984, starting as a sole proprietership with no employees, and became incorporated in 2003. Since then we have grown to a second generation company with the addition of Brent Nicklason and Trevor Nicklason as company owners. Our business is based on relationships. We are proud to be able to say that over half of our employees have been with us for over 17 years.
