I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.
