I'm surprised to see the number of positive reviews due to my current experience with this company. I am new to the area and our contractor helped to set up the work to be completed by Napps. They wrapped a short outdoor pipe with weather stripping, placed a plastic piece around a valve box for a washing machine, and changed out a toilet and vanity (which we provided). The amount of time they recorded was 7.5 hours to complete these tasks. The time plus expenses recorded cost $1,161. I was shocked to see the bill, considering what was completed. Outside AC unit developed a strange noise late in the afternoon. Called Napp's to have someone come check it out. Tech called me within 5 minutes to say he was on his way. Arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failing part. Took less than an hour from the time I called until everything was back to normal. Very satisfied!
