Amateur and unprofessional. Cleaners showed up late, appeared to be unprepared, did not have the proper cleaning tools and supplies, and understand little English so communication was a big problem. I was quoted for 4 hrs of work over the phone for a list of things I wanted them to do after a home remodeling. Cleaners made little progress after 3 hrs and had to rush through the final hour. I agreed to paid for extra time, but the cleaners were rushing out the door the last 30 mins with one of them standing to watch the other finish. I had to renegotiate the amount to pay them.
