Freddy responded to my query — a voice message within a couple of hrs. He is very puncture in keeping the appointment. He always calls me ahead and gave me an estimate arrival time. He has a very good interpersonal skills. He also offered me a very reasonable price. His crew did a good job in trimming my two over grown mango trees to my satisfaction. We use this company to remove a 35 Fort Royal Palm tree that was about to fall onto our house as well as trim/lift additional trees. I highly recommend Jireh Tree care!! These guys are amazing! They are extremely professional, thorough, friendly and made my tree removal in my backyard so incredibly easy! They go above and beyond and I was very impressed! All of the other companies were not very responsible, unfriendly and not very good at communicating. At Jireh, Fredy was super friendly and responsive from the get go!! If you have any type of landscaping or tree needs, you really must use these guys! I will recommend them to everybody that I know!

Almost two months ago Eddy came out and gave me a quote to remove all coconuts and trim a very tall coconut tree (30 ft tall). Within a few days his crew came back and cleaned up my tree. They did so safely and professionally. Loved that they cleaned up and sent me pictures since I wasn't home. Will definitely be using this company again and recommending them!

Such wonderful reviews I'm not sure why my business was not welcome. Called and left a voicemail but got no call back. Left several text messages and still no reply! Really how do you stay in business?
I was in a tight situation and needed a tree that was failing removed. No reply from this company, luckily I was able to have the tree removed by another company but the debris was so much i made a deal to leave some behind as I would find a company with a bulk hauling truck. No luck here AGAIN. SAD SAD SAD.

Hired this company and had hopes it would be a great experience. Tree trimming was done fine of the actual trees. However, during the process of trimming our trees the crew decided to take down some lights we had on a fence or hit them during the process and neglected to tell us. I contacted the owner of this company about it and included photos. No response has been received. Very shady operation of you ask me where the owner and the crew don't own up to a mistake or respond in a professional manner.

Another great service from Freddy and his crew. After hurricane Irma I had them come by to take out the cracked trees, and remove some other miscellaneous items. As soon as he was done with emergency situations at other peoples houses, he came over to give me an estimate - and did the work on the same day. The crew even cleaned up after themselves and were very cordial and friendly. Two of my neighbors got estimates the same day/and he even helped one of them with their job right after mine. Very impressive. Thank you again.

Earlier this year, I saw the 5 star reviews, so based on the good feedback, I called the telephone # to make an appointment for the next day to get an estimate to cut 3 trees. When no one showed up for the appointment the next day, I called the # only to hear from the person answering that he was not feeling well so he could not come that day. I was disappointed since I had initially texted him my address, so he could have at least text me to say he wouldn't show up. I called the guys at Jireh and even though they're located in Hialeah and I'm in Fort Lauderdale they showed up for an estimate later that same day. I wanted several things done and they provide me with a competitive price for the work. I ended up getting a few stumps removed and leaving some of the projects for later. They were here within a couple of days and they brought all the tools and a team of three to get it all done quickly. I even modified my request while they were here and added a bit of work to the job. They adjusted the price, very fairly I might add, and took care of it

Freddy answered and came the same day for an estimate. Just bought a house and needed to remove huge Royal poinciana tree in the back, 2 other small tree, trim a neighbors tree that was all over my roof, remove bushes and basically clear the huge jungle that was growing in the front and back, so we can make it our own. They did a very good and clean job within 2 days. I highly recommend them and would definatly use their service again if needed.

I contacted Jireh Tree Care to get a couple tall Mahogany trees trimmed and a few stumps removed. I had already gotten other estimates, but Jireh provided a fair estimate that I could agree to. It was impressive that they had a bucket truck to trim the top of the tree as well as an industrial strength stump remover. It was a professionally done job from top to bottom and I can highly recommend them for future tree trimming services to my friends and family.
