Do not recommend. Doesn’t show up at time they provide or at all and still sends you a bill for services not rendered. Doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. Terrible customer service. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. There’s a reason what little reviews they have are not good.

Rescheduled without notice 3 times to one of my 50 rental properties. Arrived in neighbors driveway and had to move his vehicle. We had another company service unit before realizing there was an issue covered under new home warranty. Tech tracked mud all through tenants white living room rug. Removed a critical functioning piece of unit which was cooling home to 69 degrees prior to arrival. Customer Service has not answered text or phone calls. I’m now paying for my tenant to stay at the grand bohemian in Mt Brook because home is nearly 80 degrees. Tenant is 8 1/2 months pregnant. Never use this

Ready Heating & Air were contracted by my Home Insurance and provided great service. Their technician Jordan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They use an automated messaging system that lets you know when the technician is arriving and on both occasions, Jordan arrived on time. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews but my personal experience was nothing short of outstanding and highly recommend them!

We work with the largest e-commerce brand in the world and temporarily moved here from Seattle. We live in a very nice home under warranty. We are pregnant (due any day now). During routine A/C maintenance a technician from another company said XYZ is bad and since it’s a new home under warranty to call warranty company. 3 tries later, over 4 days, a grungy looking tech arrived. His pants never covered his rear end. He worked on our upstairs unit removing parts and pieces, and the temperature went from a technical component working at 69 degrees to not working 78 degrees. They do not answer E mails.and sometimes do not answer the phone. I left messages over the weekend and they were completely ignored. They are the worst I have ever dealt with.

Very unprofessional!! Technicians are good. But the office personal is very unprofessional. Doesn’t return VM’s. Parts not in when promised, even after waiting a whole week. Now they said to wait another week. Wouldn’t want to work with them again

Unfortunatley, can not recommend this company. Had an appt scheduled today from 12pm-5pm with a no-show and no-phone call. Reached out to the company at 4:10pm, left a voicemail and still have not received a call back. It's very concerning and sad of the lack of customer service in this country. A simple phone call is never too much to ask. Just very unfortunate and disappointing.

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever used. They sent someone out to repair my a/c and a week later it was not functioning. I called back and they scheduled someone to come out 2 days later...The tech never showed up and they stated an appt was never made.
