This company is incredible. Honestly, Tom is the best! I've used him for years and wouldn't use another carpet cleaner - there is not a better deal in town and he is incredibly nice to boot! This company was highly recommended to me by a friend. I called several times, had a missed call from them, messaged several times via text as instructed and nothing. Wasted my time trying to chase these guys down. Went with another carpet cleaner in town that responded immediately, very happy I did.

I used Santa Barbara carpet cleaning for my move out and their price was very fair and they did such a great job! I had very bad stains in the living room carpet area that I thought would never come out.They were able to get it all out having the carpet look almost new. Scheduling with Francesca on the phone was super easy and she was very helpful :). I am a student with many people coming in and out of my apartment and she was able to schedule according to my needs and have the carpets dry just in time. Just had an excellent experience with SB Carpet cleaning! And they do more than just carpet! I hired Tom to steam clean my "new" hand me down couch from my mom. He did a beautiful job and took care of my area rug while he was here. Francesca did my scheduling and was very kind when I had to reschedule my appt not once but TWICE because of a flaky couch delivery guy. Tom came on a Sunday morning and was here for just under an hour and a half. He was on time, friendly, wore a mask, and made sure to leave my hardwood floors nice and clean upon his departure. My couch and rug look great!

I have been using Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning for years and feel that everyone should know about the great job and service they provide. Not only do I have them clean my carpets but they also take care of my furniture, my indoor couches and chairs as well as my outdoor patio furniture. They work to get the toughest of stains out and always leaves everything looking fresh and new.

I have used Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning for many years. They are trustworthy and do quality work! I have young children and dogs that constantly make messes. I rely so much on Tom and his gang to help make the messes undetecable!

Tom came out and did three rooms for me last week and the carpets look really good I’m very happy. The cost was reasonable and Tom is a very professional, nice guy. The carpets were dry in a few hours, he gave me booties to wear while the carpets dried. I’ll use SB Carpet Cleaning again and will tell my friends. Thanks Tom!!!

I can't say enough about this company! We have used them for years and each time that they clean our carpets, I am so impressed with their prompt arrival, thorough attention to making sure that our carpet looks like new and their professionalism that they are our "forever" carpet cleaners. With all of the fires in SB over the past year, our carpet was soiled beyond the ability of our strong vacuum's abilities.

I contacted multiples carpet cleaning companies to clean an area of 290ft which was including one bedroom and one stairway. Tom had the lowest estimate at $85 with pre-conditioning and deodorizing. All the other cleaning companies that I contacted through Yelp were all above $100 up to $160. Tom answered me right away on Yelp about my quote and was really responsive through text message as well. He has a brand new Hydramaster truck-mounted cleaning system which use high pressure water.
