I had a stuck shower cartridge with broken stem. I had gotten ridiculously high quotes as high as $ 1200 for getting the shower working. Called Drain Pro, they came out within 45 minutes, removed and replaced the cartridge within an hour all for $ 175. Definitely recommend and please support such honest local businesses.

I was extremely happy for my experience. They got out the same day for my drain back up issues in my basement and when the water got higher they were able to get someone out very quickly. He was so honest and informative. He found the issue was in the street so it was cities responsibility. Had he not suggested that I would have assumed responsibility. Highly recommend their professionalism and compassion!!!!!!

Work was completed less than a week after scheduling the appointment. We had 3 new shut-off valves replaced. This is the 2nd time we have used them and will use again if/when needed. Dustin was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient.

We had Drain Pro come out for 2 separate services in the past couple of months and are impressed by the value and quality of their work. We had them replace a water heater and 4 valves including the main line valve and felt the price was very reasonable for the upgrades they did. They also didn't waste any time while they were here despite doing quality work. We will be a loyal customer when it comes to our plumbing needs in the future.
