I had the pleasure to use East Coast Air for over the last decade in Mesa, AZ. I had the same technician the entire time. We had a strong relationship and my wife and I were loyal to the company. We gave him many references over the years. This week I requested a annual maintenance service and said one of my units wasn't running at full capacity. He hymned and hawed and said he really didn't want to service it and I should get a new unit. I told him that I wasn't going to spend money on a new unit and I just needed service. If I could give this AC company 10 stars I would!!! Let me start by saying the customer service is fabulous! The girls that answer the phone are always so nice whenever I've called them! The quality of service providers are top notch. They are honest, hard-working people! My mom used them for 15 years and when she passed away, we continued using them; going on 20 years! We've been a very happy customer for over a year now. East Coast is not only prompt, they send a photo of the tech that will be doing the work! From wearing booties inside our condo to measuring the temp in each room to make sure the unit is working properly to taking his time explaining everything! My wife called East Coast and they said they would be there between 2 and 4 the next day.
I called 1st thing next morning and told them she was very sick and asked them to try and get there earlier....the woman said they would try. They got there a bit before noon!! LIFESAVER!!!!
So nice to deal with a company that cares and listens!

I recently started managing our second home due to my parents health. The heat stopped working while we had guests renting the house. I called after hours based on yelp reviews. They looked at the address and realized they had worked on the unit before. They arrived at designated time and kept me informed during the entire process. The problem was a small issue and they fixed free of charge. They saw where signed up for the comfort club for $159 in 2017 which includes 2 maintenance calls and we had not used them. They counted this call as our second maintenance call and did not charge a service

We are new to the area , and to be honest we knew very little about are heating and cooling system. I called a few companies that we’re recommended on neighborhood site. The women I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable, so we made an appointment for a maintenance check up. The service technician,Jake showed up on time and was very professional and pleasent. Not only did he check everything he took time to explain the system and answer all our questions. We were very impressed with this company, and have a service contract with them. East coast air was great from start to end.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I have 2 units in the house and technician was doing work on one of them but also was around the 2nd one. So they fixed the issue, but right on the second day my other unit stopped working. They were denying any work there even I clearly had their technician on cameras walking to that unit and I personally showed it to him. So how you can deny something from the office never being in my place, just to get your technician back? The owner didn't want to come because he didn't like me insistently telling them that their technician caused the issue. There is no coincidence

I generally don't leave reviews. However, my moms a/c stopped working and I couldn't let her get messed over. So, I called a place recommended by her HOA and scheduled an appointment and the guy never showed up. I searched online and called east coast and they had Clint out within an hour. I was pleased that he was kind to my mother and wore boot covers in the condo. The unit was 12 years old and needed checked out. He never tried upwelling and said he would try to buy some time on the unit by replacing the part. This didn't solve the issue and the unit froze up. He did the best

Well again we have received excellent service and quality workmanship from East Coast Air. We always go back to them because they are so good at what they do and I feel, the best at keeping rapport with their customers. They put in a different unit (a mini-split) and we are loving it. They were fair in price and prompt with the install. Mike has a great family business and an excellent crew. Thanks again to East Coast Air's five star service.

I had my old HVAC system serviced by East Coast and Mike helped me prolong its life instead of nickel and diming me but when it was finally time to get a new one they were the only ones I would trust to replace it. You might pay a little more for a unit with them compared to the other guys but Mike and his team are second to none and worth every penny. The team at East Coast Air that I spoke with (Mike, Angel, Steven) all earned my deepest respect. They were all friendly, helpful and no B.S. Both Steven and Mike didn't waste my time and quickly told me that they couldn't beat the estimate I got from another company. I have had at least 3 occasions where Mike from East coast has come and saved my life . You know - that time the AC is going to let you down when your house is full and it's the hottest day of the year .
