This company has shown nothing but true professionalism throughout. From booking to payment, it was such a smooth ride. The roof looks better than I ever imagined it would. The crew was pure craftsmen, true professionals, and the CLEANEST group I've witnessed. I cannot find one piece of tape or paper from them, its like they were never there. My roof lost many shingles Christmas Eve. Terry was highly recommended. He responded quickly. He did not use and unidentified number to call. His estimate was in line with the insurance. The old roof was moved. Tarps were placed over windows and on ground for debris. When finished, all debris was placed in a trailer, covered with tarp, and removed. It was done in January. They even raked.

Needed some shingles replaced. Terry knocked out 5 different places on my roof in about 20 minutes. Pricing was fair. They fixed a piece of roof flashing for us a few years back too. Good contractor. Will be using them again in the future.

Work was good but hard to speak with unless you email. The one thing that I'm unhappy with and this makes me wish I went with Walker is the lack of communication. I had Terry take down and old chimney, not a big one, and his workers dropped the bricks on my driveway with a blue tarp. I found pieces of the tarp embedded in the asphalt. I would have thought they would have at least put down plywood. I tried calling but again no answer so I emailed his wife and told her of my displeasure. She responded by telling me that he will look at it tomorrow when he comes to finish the job. I never hear from

Roof was done. That’s the only good thing I have to say. They destroyed my front and side garden. Plants and flowers had the old shingles smashed on top of them. All my black mulch is covered in old wood and crudd and insulation. They didn’t arrive until after 9am and were banging until 9pm exactly. This “one” day job turned into 3. Very disrespectful to the property. Will never use or recommend to anyone not even a person that I don’t care for.
