At first Eagle River Landscaping seemed like the company to use but after delivery of our dirt and trees things quickly turned wrong and it was very clear that we had picked the wrong business to deal with. When we measured our trees, we found them to be 2 feet shorter then what we had been billed for. We tried to speak with Bob (the owner) and all of sudden he was now not returning our calls or texts. After running into him at his business and asking him to come by to take a look at the trees, all he would say was that the person who had marked the trees with my husband had quit and that those

Great salesman, but not into customer satisfaction. Did a poor job with sprinkler work and never came back to finish the job. Dead spots were created in the yard because of the sprinklers. Also, be aware of what you purchase and what you end up with! We bought many rocks that were going to be hauled off by his employees before noticing and had to be replaced.
I bet he never works with the same customer twice! Tread with caution.

When I want natural boulders, I don't mean ones that are white or light gray granite, I have not seen those naturally occurring in our area. I didn't expect the rocks to be to be sitting on top if the earth, but rather partially buried, and definitely not standing on end like tombstones. Many stones fell over, the sprinklers don't work, the black rubber edging sticks way up above the rock pathways. Eagle River Landscaping will not come out and look at the what has occurred to make it right. We will have to completely redo the landscaping. I might as well have taken the $12,000
