Riverside Rock & Boulder

Riverside Rock and Boulder LLC in Queen Creek, AZ caused loss of time and labor to our customer and team. They dropped off the wrong type of rock on the wrong day and left a mess in front of our customers home. Our customer was horrified by the service River side Rock and Boulder provided. I have been in the landscape business for 15+ years and this is the worst company that I've ever seen. I was excited to work with a new found company because they said they were veteran owned. As a disabled Veteran, I believed this company stood for the same values as I do. However, they lack integrity, honesty

Please don't reward this company with your business.
They are dishonest and do horrible work.
Contracted them Aug 2020 to build pond, Plant 20 plants, irrigation and install turf.
Job was to start sept 1. No show, no call. Rescheduled two more times again no show no call.
Fast forward feb 2021, there was a lot of Drama in between. Owner continually has employees lie for him.
Pond: did not follow instructions whatsoever.
Leaks horribly, filled on a Monday, by weds its dry and standing water around pond including in of my neighbors yards.
Job is now abandoned. tried repeadly to make contact

RR&B rocks! (Pun intended). We’ve purchased landscape rock for “do it yourself” projects. Lots of plants we’re very happy with. And hired their pro services to install an artificial lawn. Always a pleasure dealing with them, fair prices, and good selection of healthy plants and rock choices.

RR&B Is the most reasonably priced landscaping company around. I received 5 quotes, one from a family friend and they even beat that price. Their package deals for new builds are amazing. They are super nice, veteran owned, and it’s so much fun to walk through their nursery and choose your plants, trees, rocks and pavers. I can’t wait to have them reface my boring front yard. I will use them for all of my landscaping needs.

This place is the absolute worst. They were very friendly and helpful when taking my order and payment but after that complete and utter disgraceful customer service.
I ordered 1”-3” river rock to use for my back yard. The day it was supposed to be delivered they were so behind on their drop off times I offered to reschedule and have them drop it off the next week. The next week the delivery driver was dismissive with my husband and dumped 10 tons of rock in the middle of our street and drove away. He did not let us see the rock or work out where to have it dumped.

Riverside Rock and Boulder is a decorative rock yard with a small garden boutique and a growing landscape nursery. The staff is friendly the prices are fair and it’s great watching a local family owned and operated business grow.

I cant say enough, first off, on their customer service. Jeff and his crew went above and beyond what is generally expected from anyone these days. The crew worked tirelessly and finished in one day. They did an incredibly beautiful job and left me yard impeccable... front, side, back and out front where the sand and rock were. Jeff came by personally to check the work performed and he saw one tiny thing he wasn't happy about and told me they'd be back to take care of it first thing in the morning. I hadn't even noticed anything. But he did! The price was right, quality was outstanding and to reiterate
