My family woke up at 6am to it being 55 degrees in our house. Within a short time Airworks was there and diagnosing the problem. The parts needed to repair our furnace had to be ordered. They had them the next day and immidately came out to complete the repair. Our tech was knowledgeable, fast and truly cared about getting our furnace back up and running. He even followed up a couple of days later to make sure it was still running great.

We have radiant floor heat, and had AirWorks install a new Lochinvar boiler for us in 2010, following the failure of our old system. My husband has always been meticulous about having annual maintenance performed, however, we began to have issues a few years after the installation. As time went by, the problems came more frequently. They reached a peak in early Feb. of 2019. We were having a complete shutdown of the boiler on average every two weeks, and this pattern continued for several months. This period was during the coldest time of the winter, and it would take 1-2 days with no heat or hot

I am happy to say that AirWorks has proven to give us the best product and service since we remodeled our home. Randy has always been so friendly, timely and accurate in our annual servicing. I appreciate the ability of having a Contract for Service which will make our furnace happy for many more years.

Great experience. Airworks came highly recommended by a friend and we were satisfied. Randy was very kind, yet focused on the work he came to do. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and explained what he found and how he fixed the discovered problems in a way I could understand. He repaired a significant leak in the condensate pipe, fixed a natural gas leak, and serviced our gas forced it system.

Called about getting a new furnace, they came out to take a look and give a quote, came out the next week and installed in a day, super easy! There was some weird re-venting stuff and they just took care of it all, asking permission before doing anything outside of what was agreed upon. Highly recommend!

My landlord and mother got a new geothermal heating and cooling unit installed last year by Airworks. It is under warranty. Not only did they put back instillation quite a few months after they said they would, they have also failed to service us in the following ways:
Airworks has repeatedly left my house without heat when the new heater broke while they say they have "emergencies" to attend to instead of providing service when it's -20F outside.
Airworks has neglected to return my mother's and my calls requesting service when the heater stopped working.
Airworks has not explained what was

The AirWorks folks were very responsive and fast to get a hold of. They were able to come out the next day and were able to quickly order the parts that were needed for our repair. Once the parts were available they prioritized fixing our system. The technician was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Spent $300 having Airworks defrost and loosely diagnose my heat pump problem. Paid another company $6500 to install a new system. Totally worth it! Initially they were very nice over the phone. Told me I needed a new system which I questioned because I've not had a single problem with the pump over 15yrs. They never did really tell me what the problem was. I decided to go with another company after airworks wrote me back and said they do not offer a military discount (which I can understand. That's there choice), but they would not give me product information for the indoor or outdoor unit? They
