My house was flooded by the remnants of hurricane Ida. Colonial Construction rented me some drying equipment and proceeded to charge me twice the market rate for these services. Upon contacting them to negotiate the bill, they were evasive then hostile and threatening. I would not recommend Colonial Construction nor will I work them again.

Our townhome in Newark, DE was impacted by large fire in the adjacent unit in April 2020. What luck finding Joe Fragomele and his family firm Colonial Construction. In a difficult Covid environment Joe, his son Joey, his daughter McKensie and their competent professional crew were there for us every step of the way. Always returned calls quickly, worked through all the added difficulties with Covid restrictions to reach the right settlement for us with the insurance companies and delivered a better end result. Always treated me and my property with the highest respect. The home is beautiful and

My experience with colonial was great.
They stood by their work. I noticed a problem with the project almost a year later. I called the office and they were out to my house the same day with a plan to correct the issue. The person I communicate with at their office, she was very apologetic. I’m a happy customer.

My home was a disaster area - smoke, water and fire damage. Within hours Colonial responded and had secured my home. And seven months later I moved back into a completely rebuilt, beautiful, better than new, home. I had 24x7 access to Joe Fragomele and his team and we worked closely together to rebuild the house within budget while addressing all of what I needed and wanted.

Was a pleasure doing business with Colonial. We went away on business trip and had Colonial do the work while we were away. The workers were very neat, skilled and courteous. They kept me in the loop the entire time. When we got home we were very impressed with the work that was done. Was a pleasure doing business with them
