I had a complete roof replacement. Done Right arrived exactly on day and time I was told, they are honest, professional and use quality products with good craftsmanship. The workers are hard working, courteous and clean up debris after the job. Done Wrong!!! Charged me almost $4000 for a $1,000 roof/chimney leak. Used cheap materials (about $200 worth) didnt install it correctly or use enough material. I ended up having to spend another $1,000 to have their work corrected and the repair actually made. They had the nerve to try to upsell me even while the roof was still leaking!! DONT USE!!!! PS the workmen did NOT wear masks.

Very satisfied with the end results. Staff is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns, even pointed out a few things. They removed 2 layers of roofing and replaced all the plywood with new, two fireplaces (flashing looks great), all in under 8 hours with no mess. They even suggested what colors works well with my house. Perfect.. Thanks guys. Would recommend. Why do it yourself if you can have it "Done Right" and done FAST by a great team of licensed and insured people who can stand behind there work.
