I purchased a new Amana 16 SEER High Efficiency Heat Pump system from Indoor Comfort Solutions, to replace my 30+ year old Carrier system. I was referred to Bill and his company by a friend who also had to have his AC system replaced. Bill and Brock were AMAZING! They arrived on time and worked all day to remove the old system, install the new system and get it up and running the same day. The quality of their work and attention to detail were second to none and exactly what you would expect from highly qualified professionals. They truly cared about making sure the new system was working well

If you are in need if an honest company, Indoor Comfort Solutions is the way to go. The owner, Bill, is reliable and trustworthy. He could easily have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in the HVAC area, but he gave me his honest opinion of what was needed in my home. The prices are more than fair and didn't "break the bank" compared to other companies in the area. I will never use anyone else and always refer others to this company!

Bill and his guys are wonderful! They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide quality service. We have an older home with an old unit, and when our air stopped working they came out and assessed our issue quickly. We needed a new unit. They were experts from day one. From taking measurements to presenting options, to the install and start up I never once felt a corner was being cut. A shout out to Indoor Comfort Solution for a great job done last week. My Air condition units need a check up and Bill Doe called and said he was sending Matt over to do maintenance on the units. This service call turned out to be anything but normal, very usually complex problems. Matt worked all day and late afternoon and after many testings the units were testing normal. The house is comfortable and cool. If you need a great company with professional and courteous people, please call Indoor Comfort Solutions and ask for Bill Doe.
