My air went out on Sunday. My husband called twice on Monday, leaving a message both times. Finally got a return call on Tuesday morning, stating he would be out that day. No show, no phone call! Husband tried twice on Wednesday morning and wasn't able to get voice mail. A man called and asked was someone trying to call that number. My husband explained the need to get someone out, and the response he got was "Oh, I forgot"! "I'm sorry"! Husband tried to explain and tell him we finally had to give up and call someone else! The response he got, was he got hung up on. This business was recommended

Great experience with Holt's. Bruce and his crew are very professional and did an outstanding job. We had a new heat pump and air handler installed. They completed the job in 3 hours. High quality products, professional installation and overall price was less than we expected.
