Tremendous waste of time and unprofessional.
I was in contact with this company for nearly two months attempt just to get a simple quote.
I sent multiple emails asking if there are any updates or when I can expect to hear back and was consistently ignored every time.
I also called nearly every week asking for an update. I always got the same typical response saying they are looking into it and will get back to me.
Fast forward almost 2 months of reaching out to them with zero progress, I call again once more in hope that something might actually change this time. To my suprise I finally got
