SUB CONTRACTORS BEWARE. Basically the equivalent of thieves. I’m still owed over 16,000 dollars on a final payment for an insurance job we did for them they won’t answer a phone and ignore your emails. The never have a on site superintendent even the city inspectors thought they were a joke. The constantly ran out of money which delayed the project numerous times. I would avoid these scam artists unles you already have a good lawyer on staff. Nothing like a big corporation screwing the little guy.

If I could give them a negative rating I would do so. They contracted our company to do work for them and won't pay the final payment of over $10,000.00. If you own a business DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!
3/17/20 Update: We still have not received payment. I had an email from the CEO about 6 months ago they were going to pay but we have not received payment and he won't respond to emails at this point. Not sure how they can get money from the government to do these projects and then not pay their vendors. CROOKS!

I work along side ALL STAR FENCE , I wish I would have seen the reviews of this company , we provided satisfaction in a completed project in summer/early fall 2018 for them out of Beavercreek OH.. THEY DO NOT PAY their invoices ! Been 7 months and still no payment !! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM !! Even a signed contract will not help you get your money owed !!!! Horrible way to do business with other businesses ! They shouldn't even be allowed to run something the way they have it seems they do this to all of the work they contract out !!!!

I worked as a Project Manager for this company in 2017 at a project in Macon Ga. My first day on the job I had subs approach me letting me know that they are owed payment for work that was completed and payment approved several weeks prior to my arrival. Mind you this company is not a small company as the parent company is Millennia of Cleveland Ohio.
I knew from day one that this job was going to be like pushing a donkey uphill, when the subs are not paid as stated it is hard to push them to get work done. Fortunately these subs were very good at getting things done regardless.

What ever you don’t do Business With this company they don’t pay there Contractors For the work they complete on there time and money. I know there is other way to fine work take it from me Four months after a 30 day invoice on there ConTrac And still no payment or date when I’ll be paid for the work I completed for them in Louisville ky. Stephanie at acct payable will not return any emails or phone calls. I don’t see how company’s like this stay in Business. If you do do work for them I would get all my money up front there is no code ethic with these guys. Hope this helps with any contractors

This company came to town as the contractor for an apartment remodel. I provided a quote, completed the work in the required time frame however have been trying for 5-6 months to collect my money. They never paid any payment on time or return calls. They FINALLY came to town this week to discuss payment and of course it was only 1/2 of what they owe me. I would strongly suggest not doing business with these people....
