Financed solar in November 2020 using this company through Freedom Forever. Installed in March 2021. It’s August soon to be September of 2021 and solar isn’t producing. Two months ago I was told by my sales consultant Kadeem O’Berry I would be issued a credit for months I had no solar production that was a lie. No credit. In order to even receive a call back I had to stop my automatic payments. Billing immediately reached out and since then it’s been escalated because they are a third party. Still have no working solar only 38k debt and my credit score has dropped because they are reporting
