I asked for a Estimate through Angie's list and I got one. I was told that they would reach out to my insurance company to see if any of it would be covered after it being denied. They said they would take pictures and challenge the denial claim. When I called the insurance they said nothing had been sent in - then I called them and asked for the email to be sent to me so I could directly detail with the insurance and I have heard nothing. They lacked responses to calls and to text messages and all I wanted to do was fix my roof. With or without Insurance

Work that was done October of 2020 was not done with good workmanship, I ask Ebben Aley to come out to inspect the work and damages that was done to my house he refuses to do so and refuse to .give me my warranty as well...I had another company to come out to inspect the work and found out the nails are lefting and I was over charge of the footage of my house...The damages that was done to the siding of my house he refuses to repair from them over bleaching the siding now my house discolored in spots

Mr. Lee Clarke was great.. he handled everything, all I had to do was say yes and he contacted the insurance company, talked to the adjuster and had everything approved in only 3 weeks.
His crew was very professional and left the surrounding area in better condition then when they got there... top notch job.
I highly recommended The Exterior Genie LLC. and would gladly deal with Lee again for any future projects.

We recently decided that we needed a new roof, new gutters and the facia wrapped. Unfortunately, insurance was not going to pay for it.... so, I started calling around to get estimates. Absolutely wonderful. I was contacted by a wonderful gentleman named Lee Clarke. He took the time to listen and fully understand my concerns and wishes. Lee, made me feel valuable and not just another client or number. The response time was faster than anything I had imagined, from the inspection conducted by Lee, the meet on site with insurance agent, the approval from insurance agent, demo, and finally install.
