We called Gonzo's for an estimate for the removal of a kitchen sink and faucet and the installation of a new sink and faucet. Once we had the estimate, we called to make an appointment for the service. Benjamin returned our call and came out the next day and did the job for us. Benjamin was very thorough, cleaned up the job area, and we would recommend him and Gonzo's for plumbing needs.

I had another plumber come to my house before Benjamin,they couldn’t fix my shower,said the wall needed to be cut open.Benjamin blew the line and then I had pressure again.They are not the cheapest in town,but they do the job and show up,I’ve used them before and will again if needed ❣️❣️❣️

I needed an emergency plumber last night (Saturday night) to come out and snake my mobile... Gonzo said he would only come out if I was willing to pay $650 for him to come out because it was a Saturday so my total bill was $672 ... I had no choice but to pay it because I couldn't get a hold of any other plumber and he knew that. This guy takes advantage of people DO NOT use this company. I had the same issue happen on the 4th of July (Saturday night) and called Ace Plumbing and they came out and only charged me $300 for the same thing, but unfortunately he happened to be out of town last night

Do not recommend this company at all. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. Did not make it on time , by business was shut down for 2 days due to poor quality of work and worker needing approval from his boss to evaluate situation before starting. Called another company and let owner know his comment was arrogant and mentioned that they were too busy anyway. The company that fixed our problem did it within an hour. Gonzo's had us waiting for 2 days for nothing! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have used Gonzo's for two significant plumbing issues over the last 5 months. I have found them to be prompt, professional, and provide excellent service at a very fair price. Each time I had the opportunity to work with Eric, who has done an excellent job. He is extremely hard working, politely answers questions and concerns and does an exceptional job.
