Tony Olson, the owner of Mirage Landscaping has owned and operated an outdoor landscaping company in Phoenix, since 1996. He designs and installs quality landscapes for individual homeowners as well as several major homebuilders.

Tony and his crew did a great job with our backyard from start to finish. Our design appointments went very well and were collaborative. Once his crew started the install, they were efficient and worked very hard to make sure everything was done at the highest quality. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Tony again in the future for any landscaping needs.

This is and was one of the most unprofessional, absurdly troubling experience. Tony, who seems to be the owner, is one of the worst individuals I have met. Never responds, and after we paid, does not seem to care whatsoever. All of these bad reviews are true. Landscaping work was done, but after having some issues, he never got back to us. We've also been waiting months for a roof, which he keeps prolonging. He is one lying, deceiving, rude individual with no professional background. Did I mention he came to our house shirtless after multiple calls for a sprinkler issue? I truly do feel sorry

I'm not sure if I need to say anything more than what the pictures say. The yard looks absolutely amazing. The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the employees were very respectable and cleaned up after themselves daily. I would definitely use them again. Oh, almost forgot. Tony does amazing designs

I feel compelled to write this review, after the way my husband and I were treated by Tony, the owner. We spent a great deal of money on having our new home landscaped front and back. We had pavers, lighting, and a fire pit put in as well. When we were paying Tony, he was sweet, and attentive. My husband called him 8 months after completion, to inform him that the home inspector found 2 issues, one with the sprinkler system wiring being a fire hazard, and the other with the fence gate he removed when installing the pavers. Very poor communication....Appointments set with Tony the owner, who showed up several hours after original appointment time. On the day they were to complete a very small job (the start time was to have been 9 am) and after hearing nothing from this company advising of delay and after we had called asking where they were, we cancelled the job at 1:30 pm. The icing on the cake was Tony explaining "to look out your front door as they are starting work"! There were no workers out front!! We had agreed on the start date/time and were told it would take a couple hours for them to complete

Tony, the owner, is a landscape architect. We met with him to discuss his visions for both front and back landscaping designs. Tony was creative, and within a couple of days presented us with a detailed blueprint, with flexibility for adding or deleting. We loved the plans, the price was competitive, and he provided all the information for the HOA approval. Once approval was obtained, his large construction crew began on a weekend. His crew are all hard workers, no long breaks, or chitchatting. We were impressed with the quality, attention to detail, and workmanship. Tony would come by

Tony came out when promised for a quote, came back out to discuss the quote within a couple days (included professional and drawn up photo of landscape). Very friendly and I felt the quote was decent. Tony's crew made it out sooner than promised by a couple weeks, yard was finished within a couple days. Extremely happy with the results. The pavers and yard look phenomenal! The crew was excellent -went above and beyond to help us move a pergola and get rid of some old pavers! Thank you!

I do not believe he is even bonded. We have filed a compliant with the AZ ROC and will keep all posted. He will use scare tactics and copy his attorney in email correspondence. We hired Mirage to build a BBQ island and pergola attached to our house. We got three bids and all were about the same price; however, Tony was the only one who talked about getting city permits and he also handled our HOA approval. I have some level of comfort about the job quality when the city has to inspect it, especially since it's attached to the house and if we would ever decide to sell.
The BBQ island exceeded our expectations for the way the stone was laid on the top and the backsplash, it's beautiful. The only thing I would have liked is more communication on the job status

Mirage Landscaping completely transformed my backyard in a mere 7 hours! Not only did the quality of the work far exceed what I ever thought would be possible on my small budget, but the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up once everything was done (they even picked up the dog poo.)
Tony came out early in the am, created a design, had the perfect color rock delivered and shared his vision with the guys. Later that day I ended up with a backyard that I never thought I'd be able to have.

We love our new outdoor living space and putting green all designed by Tony at Mirage! The crews were always polite and above all were very professional. The price that was quoted to us was the price we payed, with the exception of a couple of items my wife and I changed at the last minute. Thanks Mirage! Fantastic job!
