We developed a slow leak over time around a 6-inch roof vent. I contacted Brinkmann and they came out quickly and provided me with an estimate. The bid looked acceptable based on my insurance company's estimate, so I scheduled a date. Juan arrived at the appointed time and completed the repair. Just in time, because it rained again that afternoon. No leaks since then, so I'm happy to have that out of the way.

I would not recommend Brinkmann to anyone that values their time. The process started off smoothly with the scheduling of the inspection and getting a quote and then everything became poorly managed. Todd, the inspector was friendly and prompt. The quote was fair. Unfortunately, Jessica never followed through and called to schedule the repair as I was told she would. I even called to try and schedule the repair but I was told that Jessica schedules and would call me back after lunch. It was a very long lunch. A week later she finally called, but by then I was tired of waiting and had one of their

Communication, especially regarding expectations was top notch. Chris was easy to talk to, and laid out all of the information I needed. When the materials were dropped off, the driver took inventory and photos, and made sure to answer any questions I had. We had rain on our scheduled installation date, and I got an email letting me know that the crew would be out the very next day to do the job - and they were. I think they showed up at around 7am!
