I am very happy with the service I received. I called early in the week and was able to have my carpets cleaned by the end of the week. Price was quoted over the phone and didn't change. We have pets and new puppy accidents that we did our best to clean but still felt there was a lingering odor. I am happy to say the carpets are clean and no pet odor.

Groupon Offer Too Good to Be True!
I had an appointment at 1pm. No show. I called. No answer. I texted. They responded they were at a funeral and would call me when done. Now, why would they have not rescheduled, knowing they had a funeral? Next, there was no call. I called and texted again, and was told they would contact me the next day. No show. No Call. I understand funerals happen, yet No Respect for my time taking time off and preparing my entire home to be ready for service. Would never count on this company to show up! I should have believed the Better Business complaints.

We hired Across Time to initially clean our carpets and get rid of some pet stains. They examined all of the stains and listened to all our needs. They were thorough and we were super happy with the results. During the visit, they mentioned they also clean air ducts. We had been meaning to clean our air ducts for some time but just never got around to it. We had some recent remodeling finished and knew our home had drywall dust and other pet dander in the ducts that really needed cleaned. We hired them to come back to clean the ducts. We learned so much about air duct cleaning when they were here

Service was quick, courteous, and professional, and at this point we are satisfied, and thankful we did not need to throw out all our carpet. The duration of treatment rendered was over the stretch of many days, as I thought our basement water would be a quick clean. We booked Across time carpet cleaning for a good cleaning and some pet stains that our elderly pet had left before passing. They did not disappoint! After a little hiccup with equipment they promptly showed up and made my carpets look almost like new again! Pet stains and any smell they had are gone! They even came out in the pouring rain.
