Contractors and homeowners beware of this company. Justin is a pretty good guy his business partner however has no idea what he’s doing and should not be in this line of work at all. I did two jobs for these guys one job which they were eight months behind on customer was so irritated with them he did not even want me out there to help finish the job the quality of their work I had to fix 90% of before I could even start doing well I was being paid to do.I replaced one of their welders that I had the opportunity to meet that warned me about these guys they can’t keep decent contractors because

We hired DFW Roofing to replace a section of roof that was damaged. They did a fantastic job on the roof. We agreed to a price on Wed Thursday Justin called and Friday the roof was being done. I will be calling them again to finish the rest of the house. Very Happy with Justin and his friendliness over the phone, He worked with us and got the job done. I recommend DFW Roofing if you need anything done.

NEIGHBORS BEWARE! DFW Best Roofing was contracted to do work on our neighbor’s house in Buffalo, NY. Because of how close the houses are situated, the contractors and I came to an agreement of how the work will be done in order to avoid damage to our property. The roofers disregarded our agreed upon plan, causing damage to the outside of our house while also damaging both of our furnaces due to clogging our air intake with dust and debris. We discovered after the fact that they were conducting their work on our property without our permission, which caused damage to our fence and security camera

I have used DFW Best Roofing on several occasions. They have done roofing repairs, install turbins, repaired the roof around my chimney and also replaced windows. My mother passed away in 2009. Our mother left me and my brother her house. The house had a leak recently an my brother call me to find a solution. I live in Los Angeles, so I went on the Internet an found DFW Best Roofing. I call an told Justin my problem. He told me that it was raining, but he would do a emergency tarp to cover the house an no worry about payment, he will bill me later. Wow, what service! I called to schedule an appointment with them and the first time they got the time wrong and didn't show. The second time, he canceled because of car trouble. The third time he canceled due to rain. The forth time we had it scheduled again no show, so I called him and he acted like he had no idea we had something scheduled and said the job that morning ran over. At that point this had drug out for 2 weeks trying to get him here to make a small repair. I opted at this point togo with another company. How can I trust someone to make roof repairs if they can't even keep up with appointments? When

Well, I really want to thank DFW Best Roofing from the bottom of my heart. Justin came to my house, and give me a bid that was very reasonable, and the roof replacement process was made very easy for me. What I really want to thank him for, is to help me from getting cheated by another roofing company. Its true if there is no paper trail, no written estimate, no contract....then its fishy. Their point of view saved us from losing money. As I went with DFW Best Roofing, my friend went with the other company, and they are not returning her calls now. I really thank God I did not make the wrong choice
