If you are looking for a good, reliable, concrete contractor just stop looking, you have found it! Kodiak! I looked for 18 months for a concrete contractor for our house in Alamo, and had multiple companies come and give bids. Our project was pretty basic except for one complicated problem, and Kodiak handled that beautifully. Some companies told us they didn't want the job, others had no idea how to solve our problem, some were too expensive, and some were just flakey.
David was always on time, he came when he said he would come, and did what he said he would do. His crew was efficient

Really great craftsmanship! They worked well with city permitting process, when the work involves city's curb removing and street connecting from driveway. Lots of people don't want to deal with it. But they have experience working with city inspectors and know what they will look for. And they did a great job! Of course, the job itself is well done as well: well designed and high quality. David and his crew were great. We needed our old driveway repaved. They were not the least expensive quote I got, but David gave me the impression he really knew what he was doing when we talked about the project. They came when scheduled; the workers were very efficient and seemed really experienced and the result is beautiful.

If I could give Kodiak Construction 10 stars I would. Dave and his team did a wonderful job with replacing my driveway and stairs. Also adding artificial lawn. It is just simply beautiful. My front landscaping could not have looked better. Dave and his team are very professional and dependable. Dave is such a pleasure to work with and very patient.

Kodiak replaced the sidewalk at our church, did a great job and were fantastic to work with all throughout the project. The city inspector changed the scope of the job after demolition was underway to require a lot of extras beyond the permitted sidewalk repair, which doubled the cost and the church could not afford. Kodiak worked with us and the city to find a compromise. Because of the city inspector's changes we had an unsafe condition that would exist if the work was done as he wanted and David was very concerned about this issue. He came up with a solution that made it safe and affordable

Kodiak just removed my driveway which had significant lift and cracking due to redwood tree roots. They arrived on time, removed the existing driveway, including the problematic roots, left the area clean each day, were meticulous on the day of the pour and were just really hard workers. They also poured a new walk way in my front yard, formed it perfectly and I just love it. Thank you to the entire team. Would recommend them to anyone!

This company is unorganized and unreliable. They gave up on me and my small project after 14---------14 weeks of failure. In addition, the left the job site in a terrible mess for each of those many days - tools strewn onto my lawn, trailer parked in the middle of he street - stringy hazard tape. very unkept. The staff came to work in dirty clothes and did not ever put in a full day's work. They refused to wear a covid-mask.

We had problems with flooding the the back yard. We also had an ugly slab of concrete that needed to go. Kodiak had the perfect solution. Remove the concrete and install a French drain and pavers. They did a great job and now I have a great looking back yard that does not flood every time it rains. They also built a great planter. The price was very fair.

David Figueroa is the owner and is very easy to work with. His people do and excellent job with attention to detail. We've had landings built, patio and a walkway. Everything has turned out lovely and has lasted beautifully. The work is done in the time frame that is promised. I recommend David highly.

I hired Kodiak (David) to replace my backyard patio, ~1,200 sq feet, with colored stamped concrete a year ago. I was so happy with the timeliness and the quality of the work that this year, I hired him to do my front yard. Again, superb quality of work.
David is an all around good man and very trustworthy. He even sent someone back to repair the stucco on the wall that was broken prior to them doing the patio work. Can't thank David and Christina at Kodiak enough for their professionalism.

We're building a 20'x18' office in our backyard and were looking for a contractor to excavate and do the foundation only. I contacted 4 companies who all came out, checked our plans, and provided quotes.
