The HVAC system in our high-rise condo unit had never worked right. It struggled to keep up on many days and the A/C would stop working completely when temps went above 110. We were on our third TXV in three years. Another company told told that it needed to be replaced again and we asked them to check for other solutions; that replacing the TXV yet again was unlikely to solve the problem.
Spectrum came out, listened to what we had to say, and agreed that something else was happening. It took a couple of visits, but they finally found that when the unit was first installed and extra part was added

We called tonight about a service call our air is not blowing cold, we got the runaround. wanted us to check the filters, the breaker box, we know that its the unit itself, we've lived in this house for 5 years and its the same every summer. Our landlord uses this company so we don't have a choice, he did every thing he could to make sure he didn't have to come out. we are willing to pay the time and half..the landlord will pay us back. he just didn't want to make the effort.
