I I was very impressed with this company's response. They came to my house the same day a pipe leak was found. Although they could not fix the pipe that afternoon they had given me the name of a leak finder and they were able to do a temporary fix.I was then scheduled for next day and James arrived to fix leak and install new piping. He was professional and pleasant and went to work right away. It was fixed in just over 2 hrs. Price was reasonable. He also fixed a simple problem in my shower. Thank you James! I've used Johnny Doan twice. Their prices are reasonable (not cheap); but more importantly, they stand behind their work. The first job they did for me was unsuccessful. (I had a septic pipe that was clogging.) They came out quickly to redo the job and with no discussion, simply did not charge me for the second visit. I didn't have to ask. It was their ordinary policy.
I next used them for a simple drain unclog.. They were quick, neat, and tidy.
I plan to continue using them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the very beginning when the estimator came out (Tucker ) the whole experience was great. Tucker was very nice and honest with the price ( Affordable, compared to other companies ) and what the extent of work would be and then the plumber ( Thomas ) they sent out to re-pipe my house was on time per the time slot I was booked in, he was courteous and professional and above all was very knowledgable about what was being done. Everything was done in a timely fashion, No messes left behind. I will def be using them again in the future. After

They installed a sink disposal for me over a year ago. It broke and they refused to come out and fix it. They have horrible service and don't care about their past clients. I recommend to find another company because there are other companies that do better than them and they care about their clients.

What an amazing job. I am not quite sure why they have received such low reviews as the service they provided was superb. I wake up at 4 am everyday and to my surprise they answered to confirm an appointment with me that day. However, I wasn't available so I opted in for today. Immediately after confirming my appointment, they requested pictures to assist with servicing my shower. They also texted me when in route to my home. They were extremely pleasant, quick, knowledgeable, and made several recommendations. Overall, they deserve much higher ratings because their service stood out above

Only use them if you have good home owners insurance. If you understand plumbing at all, the experience will be very frustrating for you because their work is just below the lowest expectations you can imagine. If it weren't for my flooded dining room (below the bathroom they vandalized) I would have been amused by their work. The nice young man who tried to install a toilet was, I believe, a third generation plumber (son of the owner). The most unfortunate part of my experience with this company was witnessing this young man being taught to avoid taking responsibility and to put avoiding

If I could leave a 0 stars review..., I would. These guys are incompetent on their best day. They work for Home Depot as a sub-contractor. I have since begged for Home Depot to let them go. They are very unfriendly, of which I could care less about. If you are "cold", yet get a professional job done, I am exctatic!
