Advanced Construction Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 by James Singleton, now retired, and David Del Gallo. We specialize in older home remodeling, but we can do it all. Whether you need a bathroom remodeled or you need a new home built, you have come to the right company. David Del Gallo's 40 plus years of local construction experience started with his graduation from the School of Building Construction at the University of Florida in 1976.
As stated earlier on our site, David has been involved in renovation of structures in the Pensacola are since the 70's. Some of these structures had been condemned by the local municipality. However, the owners of these properties contacted ACS and they quickly formed visions of what the final renovations would turn out to be.
David Del Gallo and Advanced Construction Services built an amazing handicap ramp for my husband last week. Because of ACS and contributions from our neighbors, my husband was able to go to his first radiation treatments last week. Had it not been for the promptness, professionalism, competency and kindness of the ACS team, that would NOT have happened.

ACS Helped us with a kitchen upgrade in an almost 100 year old house. As well, they found a creative way to add a closet to one of the bedrooms - you would never know it wasn’t built with the house!

Mt. Zion Baptist Church was blessed with the extremely good fortune to have Mr. David Del Gallo’s Advanced Construction Services, Incorporated (ACS) construct the new elevator and restrooms additions to our main sanctuary building. The original construction was completed in 1918; and the new addition blends in seamlessly with the original building. ACS completed the new addition without interfering with Sunday worship services and various other events such as Bible Study, choir rehearsals, meetings and funeral services. The transport EMTs and Jim's home health nurse have all said they have never seen such a sturdy, efficient and and "fancy" ramp! Frankly, it's beautiful. I wish I could post a picture here.

I was racing the clock to make some exterior repairs to a home I was selling. The Advanced Construction team put together a game plan to repair the house in time and under budget! They were both courteous and professional throughout, and their attention to detail was extraordinary. ACS did an exterior job for us and we were completely satisfied and when we decided to have a bathroom remodel done, we went back to ACS. The foreman for our job was on site when all subs came to work and in fact, we were out of town 7-10 days while work was being done and left house keys with him so that work was not interrupted. We are completely satisfied with the results of the project and appreciate the input from the ACS personnel who helped me make decisions based on their experience and who were willing to include me in the process. Advanced Construction Services just completed a major Master Bathroom Remodeling Project for us. Frank Humphreys and our full time Foreman, Norman Godwin, did an outstanding job for us.They worked to not only meet but exceed our expectations. Not everyone does what they say they are going to do, but they do. If for some reason they were going to be a little later than they said they would be, they called us. The key here is...they communicated with us. They were very conscientious about trying to keep our living conditions during the remodeling as clean as possible. Each and every sub contractor

Lots of problems 1)Painter that didn't prep the area they were painting. 1a) Painter redid job and still didn't prep walls. 1c Painters who missed areas that still need paint 2)Molding they supposed to replace that they didn't replace. 3) They widened a bathroom door way. Instead of putting a junction box in the attic and running new electrical… wire to the light switch, they moved the light switch up to 56 inches while damaging the wallpaper beyond what an oversized wall plate would cover. 4) Paint on door hinges and other door parts as well as paint left on outlets. 5)Replaced sheet rock
