Services
We are very flexible and can provide service multiple times per week, after hours and weekends as well as one time service. We don't require a contracted term for service because we believe you will be happy and keep us as your provider. We can bill weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and can provide trash bags for commercial cleaning unless you would like to use your own supplies or bags.
Residential prices depend on several factors including the size of the home, frequency of cleaning, number of bathrooms, condition of home, number of pets and most importantly what you would like done. We do not charge by the hour but by the job. This avoids the issue of companies who may take their time to charge more or who may charge for a minimum number of hours no matter how long the job takes.
Vacation rental cleaning is one of our specialties! If you own an AIR BNB or VRBO rental property we can help you manage the process of making sure that your unit is clean for your next guest. This would include making beds, washing laundry, and cleaning your entire unit. Most of our clients give us access to their rental schedule and we will come in after guest check out to make sure that the property is ready for same day check in.
