Jason realized at a young age he enjoyed the building process as he worked with his father and grandfather on various projects. His official career in construction began in 1996 as a construction helper, and by 1999 he had his own business. In 2013, he joined the Arbor Builders team and was quickly promoted to Project Manager.

We had never heard of Arbor Builders before our purchase so we went in a little suspicious considering the nightmare horror stories that is Hayden and HiLine homes (who dominate Central Oregon). The showroom in Bend is huge and they presented us with loads of options upon our loan approval. The floor plans and structural options are very intelligent, including the dual mini-split HVAC unit. Standard with every home. Even after moving in, the 1-year home warranty is awesome Beyond impressive. Our little princess now has her own room to enjoy

A bad experience from the start, and we ultimately had to walk away from our home with arbor. They promised us a 3 month timeline, with no delivery 6 months later. After changing our closing date 3 times, they failed not only not finish the home on time but to even call us and let us know.. and they took off early that day. Leaving us in a horrible situation. The house wasn't ready on time, they had 3 extra months. Working with arbor was like a game of telephone, I spoke to one person who couldn't answer any questions and had to get back to me, who rarely did, and didnt record any of our converations

When driving a company vehicle you should be aware of people thinking of your company as you are driving. You should follow the rules. The left lane is for passing, the right lane is for cruising. You need to be more respectful of other drivers if you want people to look at your truck and call the number for business instead of a complaint

My husband and I recently purchased a house that was being built by Arbor Builders. While the process was a bit challenging at times, the outcome was great. We are very happy with the quality of our house. It has 9-foot ceilings and all of the standard fixtures, cupboards, laminate counters, paint, and flooring were great, so we didn’t feel the need to upgrade those. AND the garage walls and ceiling were textured and painted like the inside of the house and the garage door was insulated. Wow! The front exterior has sprinklers and nice landscaping. Purchasing an Arbor Builders home was a great experience. We did a pre-sale and everything from deciding on a home design to choosing finishes was made easier by the Arbor Builders team. Arbor Builders is by far the very best in Central Oregon hands down in terms of design, craftsmanship, quality, energy efficiency, and followup service. Jason has put together a team that is absolutely amazing. I've lived in many houses over my lifetime but the one I live in now, built by Arbor is the one that felt like home the minute I walked in the door.
