If your roof is leaking and you need a temporary fix then we have a solution. We can tarp your roof to prevent the leak until the weather gets nicer to get the necessary repair completed. Flashing is used on roofs to prevent water from coming in and causing damage on roof joints, walls, and chimneys.
Asphalt roofing shingles have been used for over 100 years now in America and are the most popular roofing materials around. Today shingles are more durable than the traditional organic shingle because now they are made of a fiberglass mat. The mat is bonded with resin and then coated with asphalt mineral fillers and this makes the fiberglass shingle waterproof.
Flat roofing is typically used on a very low pitch of 10 degrees down to a no pitch roof. The advantages of a flat roof is that it is resistant to moss and in low moisture climates it can last a extended period of time. There are many methods used on flat roofs today but the most common for residential is Torchdown and TPO.
Metal roofing is becoming a very popular option in Washington State. Metal roofs are durable and can withstand ice, rain, wind, and snow. There is little maintenance with these roofs and they can last up to a lifetime if properly maintained. Plus they are made up from recycled materials. Although they are very good roofs to have on your house there are two main disadvantages to this type of roof, rusting and less cell phone and radio reception.

I’m a few months late in reviewing but I reached out for a bid on the replacement of split hip and ridge shingles and to take a look at a possible leak by the skylight. Justin was prompt in his response and came out to check out the roof. He explained what he saw and said he’d send me the bid. I received the bid the next day and accepted the same day, minus repair around the skylight. Since my job was not a whole roof repair, I had to be scheduled in between the big jobs, which was fine by me. He reached out weeks later and scheduled and 2 guys got the job done in half a day. We had Justin come out because he was recommended by my neighbors to give us an estimate. He said in 2 days he would send the estimate. This was 3 weeks ago. I've called and text and he refuses to respond back or call. This isn't dependable at all! Glad we won't use him when we can't count on him to answer the phone. I would not recommend. Poor service from the jump! These screen shots are just some of the calls.

We live in a very shaded area and a mossy roof is a problem for us. We wanted someone who would remove the moss by hand, rather than any type of pressure washing with water. Dependable Roofing actually got up on our roof and inspected it before giving us a bid. I would be cautious about hiring someone who gives a bid virtually or stands in your yard to inspect the roof. You’ll get what you pay for. Justin took photos and also noted a cracked pipe flashing that needed to be replaced. The work crew was friendly and professional, and they cleaned up every speck of debris when they were finished

We called several roofing companies that would not even come out because it was an older manufactured home. The roof had been leaking and rotted out half of the sheeting on roof. They stripped off all of old shingles, replaced all of damaged wood, and installed new shingles. We were very happy with their quality of work and professionalism throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. Thank you to Justin and his crew!

I had a job done by Justin and his crew and was very pleased with the work. Justin communicates well and was able to get my job in a few days earlier than originally scheduled. The crew that came out was friendly and worked all day to get the job done. They even seemed to have fun singing on my roof . Justin was the only roofer who didn't try to sell me extra services on my roof and his estimate was almost exact which felt good when paying the final bill. I will definitely reach out to him for any future jobs and am grateful for the 5 year warranty that came with his work!

This company is exactly what they state they are: dependable. They are on time with work and bids. I have referred them to other realtors that are also happy with the results given by this company. The owner is extremely friendly and communicative. Hands down my favorite roofing company in the Pierce and King County area.
