Am insurance claim was filed months ago by our family and we still have not had a single thing done by Purves. The general contractor Bob is a horrible communicator, slow to respond, and unorganized, sending the wrong person for the wrong project that must be completed first.
I strongly recommend that you steer far away from Purves if you need work done in a 365 day time frame.

You can call 24-7 if you need restoration services. They are able to do any type of home repair work such as cleaning up a flooded basement, or rebuilding after a fire. They have a very high tech system called Fireline that can salvage items (even electronics) that have water or smoke damage. Excellent customer service.

Maybe after the job actually gets completed, I'll change this review. It's been 1 1/2 months and the only thing that has been accomplished, they've hung 4 sheets of drywall. My insurance company paid you on July 26th- 3 weeks ago, and only drywall done. VERY disappointed! The lack of communication doesn't help with an already poor job.
Update: LOVE my finished kitchen. Once they realized there was a problem, they worked really quickly to fix and finish. My only issue was the numerous different contractors they sent. We constantly had to re-explain what needed to be done. Sometimes they wouldn’t

We called for an estimate after a recent wind storm blew off three of our shingles on our roof. They asked me if I wanted them to tarp the roof and I told them no, just an estimate. They came and told my husband they'd take care of the estimate. The next thing we know they're putting on a tarp and charged us $200 to do so! Not a company I want to do business with!
