We highly recommend the service from First Response Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone. They are professional, pleasant, honest, friendly, and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure our AC is in good working condition before summer approaches. It is hard to find a company that is honest nowadays, but they definitely are!

First Response is a first rate mechanical contractor. They came out, diagnosed the issue with the unit, and prepared a quote the very same day to complete the repairs. They then were able to repair the unit within the same week, and the repairs came in under estimate.

I called these people because my AC broke down. The guy that diagnosed my AC unit told me I needed to replace the whole AC unit and the cost would be $7,800 for a 1 1/2 tons weight unit. So I asked for a second opinion with a different person because that price seemed ridiculously high and they told me my unit only needed a capacitor that only costs $15. After I replaced the capacitor my AC is working perfectly. DO NOT hire these people. They are NOT honest workers and just want to sell you stuff because they just care about how much money they can make on a sale. They tried taking advantage of

Service technician came over for a standard service call. Absolutely excellent service. Performed preventive maintenance on the heating system, helped me better understand my and used my high tech thermostat, and checked out of few other items of concern. I have a very high opinion of the service technician, First Response Inc. and their entire staff.
