Apollo Roofing called my business today and tried to charge me for services that were never agreed upon. I have a warranty through a roofing manufacturer who hired Apollo to take care of a warranty issue. Apparently, the issue was not one covered by warranty yet Apollo decided to do the work anyways, never requesting authorization from the property manager or owner.
Then they call me TWO YEARS LATER telling me I owe them money because the "did me a favor." Poor practice, sloppy business office, and shady style. Definitely do not recommend.
