As others have experienced, they no showed the first appointment because "the guy" had car trouble. They did make the rescheduled appointment and did an ok job on my rain gutters, but they had quoted an extra $50 after my home warranty service charge, then had the gall to double that and accuse me of "not remembering" the original quote.

Made appt wks in advance, to clean 24 windows (interior & exterior) + screens & tracks, 6 glass doors, & 8 ceiling fans (not a small job in my opinion). The morning of my appt & 15 min before they were to be there, "Frank" called, his "guy" had a dental appt he forgot about. I was understanding when he said they'd be there at noonish & they would still be able to finish the job. At 2:30pm I called Frank & he was unaware they had not shown up. In the last week-editworse!!!!. my cleaning service company took a job for this unprofessional window cleaning company, we agree on one price $5000.00 ,job was done ,we finished, at the time when i need it to pick up the check frank and leslie stated that they don't want to pay what we agreed on they only paid $3500.00 . because they said we didn't do a good job , that was not real.... , that was stealing money from a bunch of people ,that work for them in the mean time i need it the money to pay my people i have to take what they gave me //// to bad...

These guys were quick to give a quote without seeing a project. Then they sent change order due to difficulty of the project which I accepted. Then they broke 22 windows trying to clean them and told over the phone that they were not responsible for the breaks. So when they were late getting paid, they went to our facebook page and left a bad review and a comment on a fan page.
