Serpico landscapers that service Mission Terrace in Fremont spend their entire time at the community napping in the shade. I have lived here for years and my unit is near where they park their truck and take their naps. I never see them actually doing anything except sleeping in the grass. I acknowledge that they have breaks and lunch but they are literally laying in the grass on their phone or sleeping every single time I come out of my unit. No one has hours for break/lunch and that's how long they are laying around.

They were contracted to maintain our community lawn. After certain year, many of the spots turned brown, no lawns with soil exposed, sprinkler broken, home flower pots broken, etc., None of our residents are happy. Useless people stay away for long term contracts.

Am really mad because one of their truck dropped a bunch of gravel on the freeway and did try to fill up a complain for my broken windshield due to the gravel that one of their company truck
And no body did get responsable for my broken windshield probably they don't have a good business insurance ...😠 So now I have a broken windsheld

Don't not work at the san jose yard Mario and Cesar are not good supervisors they say its the best yard but they don’t really know what the workers have to put up with for it to look like the best yard putting up with mario and cesar is not easy i don't know how they still work for serpico they don't treat workers good there try not to get hired by mario and youll be good.

Terrible company. They took over the landscaping at our complex in Livermore about 18 months ago and now our once lovely community looks like a poorly maintained rental property rather than a planned community of $600,000 to $700,000 homes. When plants die, they just chop them down or rip them out rather than replace them. In fact, chopping things down seems to be what they do best. Their customer service mentality is nonexistent; from the CEO to the branch manager they are dismissive, arrogant and rude. My advice: If your HOA wants to hire this company band together and say "No Way!! "
