This company is “ now and blow “ and nothing else. They owe me thousands of dollars and refuse to reimburse me . Do not hire them. I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and I am taking them to small claims court ! Do not hire them

Do not repeat do not hire montez gardeners. they have charged me thousands of dollars and i am left with a dead lawn and plants and a faulty sprinkler system. they promised me a refund , which never happened! they are mow and blow and do not hire them!!! patricia craine

Removed a very large ficus tree (3 ft diameter) from my yard. Very professional team, done with precision, and removed all debris and ground down the remaining stump. Filled remaining hole and planted grass seed. Kept to quote and very happy with results. Would highly recommend.

Overpriced and under-delivered. Fired after two months of 'blow and go' maintenance and routinely 2-3x the cost of other providers. Team means well but operates with unnecessary middle-men that ultimately deliver unattentive and unprofessional service. I hired Montez gardening for a fair amount of landscaping (removing trees, lots of trimming, installing a large fake grass yard, adding many trees and flowers, adding irrigation and lighting, pouring a concrete pathway) and they did great work. However, there were two small issues that kept them from getting 5 stars. The first is that I had to politely reminded them of the agreement we had reached when they asked for additional payment. Met Rose and Chris for an assessment. Very nice and professional. The big was for about 1200 to pull up dead plants, dig in drip system, and cut back hedges, and lay rocks. The first phase was wonderful and they cleaned up what they trimmed. When it came to laying down the rocks, the owner comes in huffing his chest saying he needs 1000.00 more. It was misquoted. Beware. This company is probably the worst in the Coachella Valley. They NEVER keep appointments in spite of repeated calls and rescheduling appointments. Both the Father and Son have repeatedly promised to come by and do specific tasks. They NEVER show up and they do not call and let you know they are not coming. They have so many excuses, had to go to the doctor, had to go out of town, had an emergency with another client and the beat goes on. If you have them for weekly service it's always "blow and go".
