Family owned and operated, Hansen Construction was established more than 30 years ago in 1985 by Dean Hansen to provide the Avoca, IA community with quality construction services. With help from his two sons, Mike and Joel Hansen, we are proud to continue providing the craftsmanship and quality services that Hansen Construction has become known for.

Mike and the entire team with Hansen Construction built our house and it is the nicest house I've ever been in, top to bottom. He is informative every step of the way, builds everything to your exact specifications and will even take it one notch further with just about everything. He cares about quality and doing things right the first time. I can honestly say that I would never allow anyone else to build another house for me unless it was Hansen Construction. They are by far the best and I am so very thankful that I had Mike on board with me and my family to build us our dream house! Thank
