I finally needed to replace my 30+ year old furnace. My first quote was literally three times the amount quoted by Dave Bayles. Instead of trying to upsell me by several thousand dollars, Dave suggested one $35 addition that made changing the filter in the existing location a lot easier. 2 years have gone by and apparently the capacitor just stopped working, and we barely run our AC here at all. So in addition to an exhorbitant monetary charge, the dude uses subpar materials as well.
He left a nice company sticker on the outside of the AC unit I'm guessing for times like these. We'll be fixing it ourselves, thanks.

Accurate One and my representative, David Bayless, is truly amazing. While he repaired my air conditioning during Beaumont's 100 degree+ weather. I was able to use his expertise for other home repairs. He cleared my bathroom sink drains (totally backed up), made my refrigerator work, until he let me know that it would be more costly to repair rather than replace. Same with my 17 year old Washer/ Dryer. I may have forgotten a few things ( oh, yeah, numerically reset my garage door opener, as my door would not close.) Always answers his I-phone personally, or it is answered in PERSON by his answering

I purchased a hot water heater from Accurate One, still under warranty, and it was in need of service (it is making odd noises). I scheduled service, and was told the service person would arrive between 9 am and 1pm. At 1pm no one had arrived and I called and texted about this, since no one had called about a delay. When my call was finally returned I was told it would be 3:30 when the service person would arrive. At 3:30 no one had arrived or called. I noticed that my dog had chewed through the wires of my AC and we decided to call them to get someone here and fix it. We called at 3 pm and they said it was no issue and they would send someone out later that evening to fix it for us. Around 6:30pm we noticed that no one had contacted us and we called them to see what the eta was. No one answered and finally a couple of minutes later they called us back. They let my husband know that it was an after hour service and instead of the $89 they originally stated they were charge us it was now going to be $250.00 to come out. I am highly displeased

Just had my AC service and Anthony was our tech. It was great from the getgo, he mentioned what he was going to be doing and after the job was done he gave us awesome tips and so much info on how our AC unit works and how to keep in in good running condition. Couldn't of asked for better service! Will def call them in the future for any service needs

When I called Accurate One Air they were very nice and professional. I called in the late afternoon and they were able to come the next day. Anthony was on time and very professional. I had a leak on my main water line and needed servicing on my Air Conditioning unit. I feel he was up front and honest. He did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them, and will be calling in the future.

Our air went out in a Saturday night of a long weekend. We were hosting a family dinner for 30 the next day and it was over 100 degrees. Accurate One showed up on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend and came back early on the Sunday to complete the repairs. Excellent service, we would highly recommend them.

AC unit quit working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called on Saturday morning hoping a tech would be able to come out. They were able to schedule a tech to arrive within 7 hours and was 2 hours early. Dave the service tech was very nice, service oriented, and explained everything. It was a bad capacitor which he had on his truck. Unit up and running in 20 minutes. Price was much less than expected for a Saturday call. Very reasonable. Would continue using this company for future service and maintenance. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this company. My AC system went out during temps of 100+degrees! On a Saturday morning, a REAL PERSON answered the phone. Veronica was on it! She had Dave at my home in less than 20 minutes! He fixed the condenser in just a few minutes! His fee was very fair and best of all, he was friendly and professional! I already have other projects planned since they do all types of jobs, not just AC. I will be installing a water softener system, water filtration system, and, eventually, a new patio. We're very glad we found this company. They're prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. They installed our new heating and air conditioning system yesterday. Our AC Unit is 5 years old. It started blowing out warm air yesterday.
Mr. Dave was the only technician to call me back after I contacted 5 other companies. He came immediately this morning.
His diagnostic of the AC Unit cost 3 times less than what the company that originally installed the AC Unit quoted me!!
Mr. Dave is a KIND, HONEST and FAIR businessman who isn't trying to take advantage of people.
Mr. Dave is AWESOME and we will only use his services from now on. I can't say enough about how much he helped our family.

After calling multiple plumbers to get a phone estimate on replacing a hot water tank that was 20 years old at my condo I was very happy that accurate one just gave me a price over the phone. When they arrived it was determined that the new tank would not easily be put in the same spot in the closet there by necessity in removing the door jamb in order to give a few more inches of room. The work was done the same day I called and I was pleasantly surprised that when Dave was finished he honored the quoted price even though he had to do substantially more labor than what he agreed to. Out of nowhere our AC stopped blowing cold air late Saturday and it was in the triple digits.... I called Accurate One first thing Sunday morning and Dave arrived at our residence hours earlier than estimated! Dave was friendly, polite and extremely professional. He even allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing! His work was very quick and fixed the problem in time to still make it to Church later that morning!
