How does one give negative reviews? I have posted a review on Better Business Bureau's website as well. The people running this business do not know or understand that they need customers to survive or thrive. And to disregard customers the way it seems like they do, I can't fathom how they are still in business. I think my story is similar to the other reviews here. Made an appointment, they didn't show, called them several times, finally heard back from Luciana 3 hours post the appointment time. I bought a groupon for this company because it said they serviced within 20 miles of zip code 01760, I am exactly 20 miles from the zip code. When I called to make my appointment they said I was wrong and it was only 15 miles, I told them I was literally looking at the groupon and it said 20. They told me they would have to call me back. I got a call the next morning and was told they did not come to Boston but that they would speak to the manager and get back to me. 2 days later and no call back. I called and left a message and never heard back. 2 more days go by and I finally called groupon for

I got a groupon from these guys for the cleaning. They wouldn't honor the groupon and would only come for $250. I paid them $60 for junk removal and they only took a bathtub. Whatever you do, DO NOT use these guys. I have no idea how they are still in business. I would have put zero stars if it was possible.

They wouldn't honor their Groupon b/c they changed their service area. Groupon won't refined my money because they are claiming I didn't read the fine print. I think I would check to see if my apartment was in the coverage area first before purchasing. I checked and my apartment WAS in the service area. Now they won't cover it.

Well, I purchased a living social voucher to try these folks out, as I was looking for a service. After months of not being able to schedule anything with them as they wouldn't return any of my calls - AND I hadn't even mentioned that I had a voucher - to them I was just a potential new customer, which is what I was - they finally called me after I called and complained to Living Social.

I purchased a groupon for my daugher and after many cancellations (by them)
they finally came (late) and did a poor job.
when my daugher called to let them know, they told her they do a better job
for regular clients! I would think they would want to get new clients also.
I guess not.
I will never purchase from them again!
