I am very satisfied with Mike Silvio and his Pro Roofing group of guys. This is one of the most professional and "let's get it done" group of guys I have ever contracted to do a project. Everything was done in a timely manner from the beginning until the end. Mike was very responsive from the beginning until the end of my closed project.

Hail damage insurance claim. Mike Silvio helped explain all insurance paperwork. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. All waste was picked up and crew used heavy duty magnets to pick up all nails in yard and driveway.

Since my negative review last spring, Pro Roofers has since stopped by and offered to finish the job that was left unfinished. Brian stopped by our house quite unexpectedly this March and apologized for the lack of follow through. Over the course of the next few weeks, he and the team have returned and completed the work and kept us informed every step of the way. They even painted the concrete foundation.
Though it was nearly a year after the initial job before completion, I do appreciate the team finishing the work they were paid to do. I'm hoping they have learned a lesson in follow up

I happened to be working on a house in Gladstone which is across the street from a church. We recently had a rather larger tree limb fall on a different house and was in the process of finding some contractors to get some estimates for repairs. I had a house with hail damage on the roof. I called Mike and that is all I needed to do. He handled the entire project from meeting the insurance adjuster, filing all paperwork, and completing the roof on time. I am an out of town property investor so how smooth it went is priceless. They even emailed me pictures of the before and after and mailed me the roof warranty. Would recommend for any project. Dave
