Please encourage everyone in your office who bids work to sign up so that we can be sure we are contacting the correct people when the time comes for bid notification. We are trying to target our bid invitations to the correct people and avoid burdening people with unnecessary emails.
A construction manager acts as the fiduciary agent to the owner and through the construction process. The CM ensures that the client's needs are being met by managing almost all phases of the building process including bid solicitation, job management and accounting. As the CM we manage and oversee the daily details of the project.
As the general contractor, we guide the client through all aspects of construction including the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and materials. Our professional, in-house superintendents and foreman have spent many years in construction and are seasoned tradesmen. As a successful general contractor, we have established strong relationships and have an excellent reputation with local subcontractors.
